We've been fully opperative with our network for two and a half year, and
before this we did daytrading in Malaysian Stock Exchange (licensed to do
so) together with an investment bank there, which was the real start of it
all. Before this, from 2003 till 2006 Quatro spent only time establishing
the company with an international marketing idea and strategy.

in the first years only internally in the group. So selling our own shares

Sweden is only an administrative base for our Scandinavian activities.

Stepp three in the developement of the entire Quatro Group is we'll be
registered with an FSA approved E-bank, FSA approved card manufactorer of
Visa and Mastercard, pluss an FSA approwed Stock Exchange (QUATREX) all to
be finalized in 2010. At the same time we are working to take over an
existing FSA approwed invest and finance company plus establishing a new one
in the UK as well, so we ar working after our planes and strategy.

Whe "The New Quatro" opens spring 2010 the companies and structure will be
finalized and registered according our planes, with our new boards of
directors, silicitors and shareman of the boards. This will only be
shownthen and to apositie supprise for the embers, the customers % clients,
plus the market we now for real is entering. This will be the old companies
but a new structure and leadership.

We ar also open for new partners whom can bring knowledge, experiance and
new products or services also to our members and external market, including
economical strength as well.
